Executive Vice President, Managing Partner, U.S. Portfolio Management @ UM
Mike Racic has recently moved into the role of Executive Vice President, Managing Director, U.S. Portfolio Management for UM. In this newly created role, Mike oversees all media planning activity across North America for UM. Since joining UM in 2007, Mike was Managing Director of Integrated Planning across Johnson & Johnson and served as the New York Managing Director of Digital Communications. He has worked on a variety of accounts during his time at UM including Kohl’s, US Army, Johnson and Johnson and Brown-Forman to name a few.
Mike plays an instrumental role in creating best practices for the agency.
As a thought leader, he drives the development of digital engagement strategies including video, mobile, gaming, IPTV and social media, with a keen focus on providing accountability for all media engagements.
Most recently, Mike led the integration of digital and traditional planning teams at J3 (the division of UM that services the Johnson & Johnson business) and now leads this exercise across all of UM North America. Mike leads an integrated planning discipline that services all UM clients as a Portfolio Management team with a focus on driving business results through actionable media planning.
Mike has more than 16 years of media industry experience, with ten of those years spent in the digital space.
