Jeff Storan is a marketing veteran and product strategist with more than twelve years experience spanning television, digital advertising and web analytics. He specializes in recognizing data sources that have the greatest potential for increasing value for data-driven applications while balancing people’s right to privacy.
As Vice President of Product Management, Jeff is responsible for products powered by Simulmedia’s Audience Engine, the world’s most powerful ad network for television.
Jeff hails from AOL where he was responsible for Behaviorally Targeted audience segmentation and advertising products. He arrived to AOL via its acquisition of TACODA in 2006 where he led several privacy-centric product initiatives and instituted improvements to the data network’s opt-out mechanism. Prior to his TACODA tenure, Jeff let product strategy for Acquire Systems, a web analytics technology shop specializing in close measurement of marketing ROI for financial services giants like MasterCard, Visa, and JPMorganChase.
Jeff has a BA in Economics from Oberlin College and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and twin sons.
